Insurance Innovation Bootcamp
This month we held our largest Insurance Innovation Bootcamp with 17 people from across our member organisations. Huge thanks to our innovation partner, Sedgwick Ireland for providing a wonderful space for curiosity, creativity and collaboration. We practiced uncovering customer insights through semi-structured interviews and empathy maps, we reframed our problems based on these customer insights and we generated, prototyped and tested ideas for solutions. This wasn't about post-its on walls, but about shifting our thinking and being comfortable staying in the problem space for longer so we can really understand our customers. If you want to get involved in a future bootcamp, please get in touch.
