AI in Insurance: From Experimentation to Real Transformation

We recently kicked off our Innovation Partnership with EY with a high-impact executive briefing that moved the AI conversation from theory to reality. The morning was packed with insightful sessions and a diverse lineup of expert speakers, tackling the real-world operational and leadership challenges of moving AI into implementation. A major highlight was the discussion with Ronan Fitzpatrick, Group CTO at Vhi, who shared grounded perspectives on how AI is reshaping customer experience. Throughout the various sessions, we explored market evolution, the reality of AI in underwriting and claims, demand-side disruption, and the future of hybrid human-agent operating models, emphasizing that culture and leadership remain the true drivers of safe, scalable AI adoption.

Insurance Innovation Bootcamp

This month we held our most recent Insurance Innovation Bootcamp, bringing together a diverse group of participants from across our member organisations. Huge thanks to our innovation partner, Sedgwick Ireland, for providing such a fantastic space for curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. The session was a deep dive into shifting mindsets using empathy maps and prototyping to truly understand customer needs rather than just jumping to solutions. It was about staying in the "problem space" longer to drive meaningful results.

If you’d like to participate in a future bootcamp or are interested in hosting one, please get in touch.
