Allianz Service Delivery AI Hackathon: Vision to Prototype in 48Hrs
We recently concluded the Allianz Service Delivery AI Hackathon, a high-intensity event demonstrating how rapidly the industry evolves when leadership vision aligns with front-line delivery. Following opening remarks from the CEO, cross-functional teams moved from identifying high-impact friction points to demoing functional prototypes to C-suite judges. Supported by a NayaOne sandbox, the event successfully shifted mindsets from skepticism to total immersion, proving that when barriers are removed, the speed of insurance transformation is significant.

Earlier this month InsTech.ie hosted a Life & Pensions discovery workshop to map manual friction in inter-insurer data exchange. This is part of our ongoing commitment to cross-industry collaboration solving operational pain points that are better addressed together than alone. While this session focused on Life and Pensions, we plan to roll out similar collaborative challenges across Health, Motor, and General Insurance to drive industry-wide efficiency.
