Masterclass Spotlight: Scaling Adoption with Insurtechs
This month, we hosted a practical, in-person masterclass for founders and product leaders focused on one of the toughest challenges in insurtech: scaling adoption with insurers. The session explored key growth stages, how buying decisions are really made inside insurance organisations, and practical tools such as personas and Jobs-to-be-Done to sharpen market fit. Drawing on real-world experience from Guidewire’s global work with insurers, the day was packed with actionable insights for teams ready to move from proof to scale.
