Applications for Cohort 16 of Lloyd's Lab Accelerator are now open, and this cohort is a strategic collaboration between Lloyd’s, the Department of Finance, Enterprise Ireland, and IDA Ireland. One of the themes of Cohort 16 is Ireland Theme: Resilience and Capital to Support Growth, with a focus on Flood Resilience & Coverage, Cyber and AI, and Export Growth in a Complex World. The Challenge Lab invites startups with products and solutions for the UK and European markets to submit groundbreaking solutions that transform insurance into a catalyst for climate resilience and social equity. Applications are now open with 3-5 shortlisted startups selected to pitch their solutions on the main stage at ITC London 2026, taking place at the Brewery on 26-27 January 2026. Applications close on 19th December.
InsTech.ie is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern & Midland Regional Programme 2021-2027 and the Northern & Western Regional Programme 2021-2027. This funding will help us to maximise enterprise collaboration and stimulate the growth and development of the insurtech cluster in Ireland.
