This month InsTech.ie travelled to Amsterdam to visit ITC Europe, and joined Brokers Ireland for their annual Insurance Broker Forum in Dublin and Portlaoise.

This year Brokers Ireland took the Insurance Broker Forum on the road to Portlaoise and Dublin and InsTech.ie joined for both sessions to talk about how brokers can utilise digital tools to enable better human connection with customers. It was great to hear how brokers like Britton Insurance and Cuffe and Company Insurance Limited are using technology to enable their teams to help customers, and how Red Click are helping to improve Broker-Insurer communication through the use of technology.
