This month we were joined by over 950 people from across the industry for a lunchtime CPD webinar hosted by the Insurance Institute of Ireland on the topic of Innovating from the Outside in: Customer Centric Insurance Innovation. 

We discussed the importance of customer centricity in insurance innovation and digitalisation, focusing on customer pains, gains and needs and how we can better understand them, with examples from across the insurance industry. Central Bank of Ireland Innovation Sandbox Programme

The Central Bank of Ireland has announced the theme for the Innovation Sandbox Programme due to launch later this year. The theme is combatting financial crime and applications will open in September 2024. Join our next Insurance Innovation Bootcamp

35 insurance professionals have now gone through our Insurance Innovation Bootcamp. The next one will take place on 30th Sept - 1st October in Platform X, KPMG, Dublin.
